appox. 10 months ago i talked my mother into trying a consumer credit agency called newpath financial after hearing their bogus advertisement on radio. My mom is almost 81 years old. Newpath financial promised verbally to handle her $21000 in debts in full for $250 a month for 48 months. Newpath knew all the debts my mom had and with which creditors , since then she paid approx $2500 to them and now only has $700 in equity which means Newpath kept $1800 already and did basically nothing; they say they negotiated with creditors but my mom got served by one creditor and is about to be by another one. Newpaths response was basically oh well we thought they would settle for less and advised my mom to claim bankruptcy, espicially after keeping alot of their fees. Amber from newpath also promised to send a response package almost three weeks ago which never came.Its been one lie after another with them and i think this is their game just to keep the fees. i want to know also if there are others like us to start a class action lawsuit for punitive and compensatory damages to get rid of the bogus company. The company is a new path to losing your money.They responded we did not think this would happen after verbally promise it would not happen. My mom is 81 yearts old on a fixed income which she can barely afford food and taxes and Newpath does not care.
