Next Card Credit Card Company are lying sacks of manure evil dirt bags Georgia Internet

Last year I applied over the internet for a nextcard credit card, I finally got it in the mails some months later and had forgotten all about it.

I called the company to ask them what the card was all about and told them the phone call was not to activate the card simply to get more information. The operator swore it would not be activated. Well lying sacks of s**t that nextcard is, I happened to get my credit report recently and found out that they not only activated the card(apparently you get reponsible for a $129 fee when they do so) the operator waited a few days and then cancelled the account saying it was done at my request.

I never used the card it was chopped that day! Anyway, now the co is bankrupt or whatever and I am told by the credit bureaus, I can't remove this crap because there is noone to bebate the claim its not legit with! Next cards sucks a*s, tell everyone you know not to use them or their affiliates, I am told they own several other credit card co's too like first card.
