Next Day Art licenses artist's work to other companies for a royalty. They split the royalty with the artist.
For years, Jim Meserve lied to me about how much royalties he had collected and only paid me a small fraction of what was due me. Hes also failed to provide timely sales reports, and when he did they were ficticious.
Eventually, I discovered the actual royalties that companies had been paying him and he pocketed.
Jim Meserve, who runs Next Day Art is a crook.
