NEXT LEVEL NUTRA,LLC Trick you into Trial offer then charge your account for 90.+ per bottle after 14 days Henderson Nevada

So I saw an ad on facebook to try a free trial offer of maximum test and just pay for shipping. After trail, which was never expressed, I assumed 30 days which is usually the norm, I was totally incorrect!

I ordered the maximum test (trial) for $4.90 shipping, then it requested you should purchase nitric storm for another $4.95 because these so called pills go hand in hand, right.

I paid for the shipping and a few days later recieved the (2) bottles. Now again there was no were in the trial the mentioning of how long or how much after the trial period tis stuff would be.

On the 14th day after having these bottles I go into my bank account to find that $94.67 is taken out for nitricstorm and $94.60 for maximum test. I immediately contacted the company by email and by phone.

After being on hold for 20 minutes, someone finally gets on the phone and asks how can they help. I tell them I want to cancel this trial and I want a refund of all my money that was removed automatically from my account.

She tells me that the terms and conditions state bla,bla, bla. I said this is unexceptable! she says well we can not refund once money is pulled from your account. She then says she need to speak with her supervisor. Once returning to the phone call she tells me they will refund 35% back, I am like what, no!!!!

She then goes back to her supervisor and comes back and says normally we do not do this, however we will return 50% back to your account. I am like really, so I receive my confirmation numbers and told this is the best they will do.

The best part of it is,  as I am waiting for the phone to hang up, I her a man say to the young laid I spoke with, nice job! Then the phone hung up. Unbelievable!!!

I hope these types of business get slapped with a class action lawsuit and get shut down for good!
