I purchased 10 items from this company in order to recieve the free shipping. I was chargeda 5% fee as well as $20 for insurance that wasn't optional. My order total was 197.40. I recieved two different invoices for the exact same amount. So not only was I double charged but after trying to reach the companythrough phone and email Ihave determined it was all a hoax.So someone out there has my credit card information and I'm never going to recieve my items. Do not order from this company it is a total and complete rip off.

My credit charge was only charged once despite two emails w/ two different confirmation numbers for the exact same items.
I ordered ten items in order to avoid a $25 shipping fee, but did recieve an email stating that 2 of my items were out of stock so having ordered only 8 my credit card was charged more than originally expected due to the shipping fee.
I will update again when/if I recieve my items. I would hate to call them a rip off when their only real problem may be poor communication.
