Nicholas Barboza-Sosa Nick Sosa Fled the scene for lack of courage to talk in person San Jose California

I hired Nick Sosa to install curtains at my house along with procuring the materials including the curtain rods & associated hardware. He sent me a picture of the rod that he was going to bring and we settled on a price (materials + labor).

He showed up on the day of the project with a different curtain rod that was half the original price, saying that he needed to keep the price down. I had to explain to him that I wouldn't be paying the originally agreed upon price because he brought a different curtain rod. He pulled a switch & bait on me.

He said that he would have to order the originally agreed upon curtain rods and would be delivered in 5-6 days. I was ok with it and he said he will keep me posted. He was putting away the stuff in his car and he just left the scene without saying anything.

I received an email from him 30 min. later with just - "Good morning. Unfortunately I will not be returning for any more work. Good luck with the project."

He didn't have the balls to say it to me in person or answer my phone call or emails. He is an unprofessional, coward who doesn't have the courtesy to let me know in person. PLEASE never hire him.
