 nirvana pool and spa owned by tj prizzi and thomas cherenack was contracted by me to build a gunite pool issued tj prizzi the owner a check for 20,000 and never saw him again never finished the job at would not returnrd me and my wifes phone calls had to find my own contracters to finish the job had to take another loan out for 23,000 he left us high and dry time later come to find out this is the way he operates beware somehow he is still in business !!!!!!! do your homework he has aprox 20 lawsuits against him at the present time one of them being mine dont let him do this to u!!!!!!
