 This company sent a "salesman" to my home when I wasn't home to measure and drop off literature for vinyl fencing.  While he was on site we spoke on the phone, I described the exact fence we were looking for and clearly told him I did not know the style #.  He assured me that that was fine because there is only ONE such fence and his boss has it too.  He said he knew exactly what i wanted and he drew up a contract which was emailed to me.  The fence name appeared correct on it and there was a style #.  Again, I never even saw his brochure and told him very clearly that I did NOT know the style #.  Foolishly, I relied upon his "expertise in the industry" and signed the contract and put down a large deposit as required by the company, only after getting an assurrance that the job would be complete by a date certain.  Well, you know the rest.  Of course the install date certain was blown off by excuse after excuse.  When they finally arrived well after the promised date and of course after my event which was schedule and the reason for the date certain, it was the WRONG fence.

Of course, they gladly took it back with NO REFUND and a REFUSAL to supply the right fence unless I agreed to a price increase of several thousand dollars.  I have attempted to resolve this situation multiple different ways with the general manager David Hartzell to no avail.  His ultimate response is always spend more money and you'll get your fence.  This has been ongoing since mid summer and still he has thousands of dollars of our money, and we have no fence nor will he even extend the courtesy of a reply call or email.  So they stole my money, bought a fence with it and told me that they could resell the fence.  So now they have my money and someone else's, what a scam!   Imagine the audacity of it!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with NJ BEST FENCE, in my opinion they are unscrupulous, unethical and unprofessional.  All I wanted was a fence of my choosing not theirs and all I got was RIPPED OFF!!!!  By the way they bad mouthed their competitors all the while by name, what a shock!!!!  My lawsuit is being prepared.
