Upon logging in to my Amazon account, I was intercepted by a web page that said I was eligible for a free gift. I could choose between facial cream, laundry soap, and an electronic cigarette starter kit. I chose the electronic cigarette stater kit. I was then directed to a website that I could claim my exclusive Starter Kit for just the shipping and handling fee. However, it does not state that you must cancel your "account" within 14 days of ordering this kit or else your credit card will be charged $109.67 for the kit plus, every 30 days from your order date, your credit card will be billed 69.62 until your cancellation.

I did recieve an email thanking me for my order. No company name, just "Customer Service" It went on to advise 3 to 5 business days for the order to arrive. 17 days later and still no package.

Upon learning that my bank account had been billed for $109.67 I tried to contact the company at the telephone number listed in the particular bank transaction (877-211-6887) but kept getting a recording stating that the call could not go through. I then called the Customer Service number in the email that I received (1-877-647-3625) After many attempts, it was answered by a person who only said "Thank you for calling customer service, may I have your name and telephone number" When I asked what company had I called, they replied "No Flame Ecigarette". After giving them my name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number they stated that they had no record of ever doing any business with me. This is after I gave them the Oder Number on the email that I received. They then asked me to make screen shots of the online banking report and email it to them so they could look into it for me.  I told them that I did not feel comfortable with that and they said that that was all that they could do. They said that the telephone number listed on my bank transaction that I had dialed and that they answered is not theirs.

Now 17 days after I attempted to claim my "free gift", I have no product and have lost over $115 for my trouble. I finally got the Customer Service number (1-877-647-3625) to be answered today and they finnally "found" my order. I asked for it to be cancelled and had to listen for 7 minutes about how the program worked and the benefits of purchasing the product. Then I was asked to review the product and return it if I did not like it. I again told them that I had never received any product. They said that they would be happy to ship another product if I wanted to pay $69.62. Infuriated at that point, I demaned to have any and all products, orders, and subscriptions teminated immediately. They said okay.

My bank advised to file a police report, change debit cards, and put a block on the merchant who initiated the transaction. They also told me that comapnies like this one often do business under dozens of aliases and can just hit your bank account again unless you recieve written co9mmunication from them stating that they have indeed cancelled your order.
