This was my survey response to them!

I am HATING YOUR COMPANY AND IT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought 10 items, several took weeks to send, 4 items were left on my doorstep by the delivery company and stolen, 2 items were sent to me in the wrong color or wrong size. In had to file a police report for the late delivery items that were stolen, had to send all the proof. I wanted the items resent out to me, but they would/could not send them back so your company CREDITED MY NOMORERACK ACCT instead of refunding. Then I had to keep following back up about my refunds and I was told I would be refunded the price of the return shipping. I again had to provide proof of return shipping cost several times. To be told that I would not get refunded but credited to my acct instead. I will be writing ripoff reports, but it looks like you have many already!!! I should have checked this out before I even did business with your company! FFFFF- I will never do business with you guys again, I and I will make sure EVERYONE KNOWS!!! (If you guys even post this!)
