nomorerack Took my money and did not send the boots we ordered its been a month....they keep answering their emails saysing boots will be here by Christmas BUT Christmas has come and gone and still no boots. New York, New York

we ordered a pair of boots on November 26, 2012 and 2 packages of socks.
The socks were sent asap BUT the boots still have not been received.
They were a real good price and we figure that they were a "come on" to get us to buy other stuff....Well its has been over a month and we keep getting promised that they will be here by Christmas....
I want my boots. 18 inches of snow on its way here and my daughter has no boots and I am not going to spend money when this company has my money..No boots, no refund no communication other than emails that keep saying boots are on their way soon.......we are behind for the holidays but you will receive them by Christmas....Well we did not!
