I ordered 2 pair of chocolate brown boots for Christmas on Nov. 17 from nomorerack.  They never arrived.  I called to ask for my money back.  They said they would reimburse me but instead sent 2 pair of cheap, ugly black boots that I didn't order.  What a ripoff!!

I too ordered boots

I too ordered the boots however, I requested a refund and received it from them immediately.  I did receive an item by error that was very cheap...a bracelet and thought it was in replacement for the boots and when I called them I told them I was not accepting that and I wanted the refund for the boots.  They told me no problems they would refund me and they did and told me to keep the cheap bracelet...which I gave to my grandchildren...and there was no issue.  Stay on top of them and they will give you your money back....Good Luck.
