On December 5, 2012, I ordered a HD Camcorder from nomorerack online as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend.  It was guaranteed to arrive by 12/21.  I rec'd a notice that the item had been shipped with a tracking number.  I was unable to access any information from the tracking number I rec'd.  On 12/20/12 I rec'd an email from nomorerack saying that if I didn't get my merchandise by 12/21, I should contact them for a refund and an additional credit for my inconvenience.

Well I have not rec'd the camcorder and after numerous emails to their customer service department (I have been unable to reach them any other way, except by email) I still don't have a refund or my merchandise as of today, 1/5/13.  The emails they send me from "Mitchie" says they are always here to help, but just push it down the line without resolving anything and then saying that the request has been resolved.  I have tried to contact them by phone with the phone number that shows up on my bank statement for the transaction, but that number has been disconnected.

All of the emails I have rec'd are generic, not even sounding like they are trying to resolve the issue.  I want my $61 back and will pursue this.  I should have known I couldn't get a $300 camcorder for $61.

nomorerack made good on my complaint

After emailing nomorerack at the address on this website that they provided, I am happy to say that they refunded my money and also shipped the merchandise (camcorder) and said I could keep it at no charge.  I rec'd it today.
