Horrible horrible place to shop.. had to return item because it stopped working the first week. Returned as directed get a call from Phoenix electronics... evidently the way they get their money back is blame the post office and make them pay... Long story short they wouldn't return my money, because I didn't put insurance on an already broken item.....Great Christmas present I received. Will never do business with nomorack again if that is the kind of people they deal with...

utterly disappointed. I like to shop online...not any more lessened learned. at least at the store you can return things with out all of the hassle only to get nothing back for it. I would rate nomorerack a zero for satisfaction. will also post this on the web other people should beware of the racket going on......
