I ordered 2 google tablets from them. I called 2 hours later because I had asked the lady online what the return policy was if something was damaged/defective and they told me they wouldn't refund me the money but I would get a credit to use on their website.

I didn't agree with that so I canceled my order and they "forgot" to refund me my money. I called them when the payment went through my bank account and they said they would send a request to whoever to see if I would be refunded and I would receive an e-mail in about an hour. A few hours later after not receiving the e-mail I called back and the lady I spoke with decided to tell me there was nothing else she could do for me.

I asked to speak with a manager and she said there was no manager there and I wouldn't be speaking to anyone else but her. She was very rude. Going to the bank to dispute this charge, these people are schemers and I hope anyone else who orders from them does their homework first and sees the claims about that website. Hopefully I can get my christmas shopping done in time for christmas when the money is returned!
