If you are thinking about using Nomorerack.com RUN away as if the plague lives in their website! This outfit should be closed down. I was fooled and swayed by their descriptions of products (or I should say crap) that they sell. The people that write these descriptions deserve the all-time award for the best marketing lies ever told! They say that their items are “supreme” “high quality” “luxurious” and other nonsensical adjectives and when you receive this junk you are amazed they wrote anything at all! I ordered bed sheets and after the first wash to get out the factory smell, all the stitching looked as if they were very old and had been washed many times. I ordered a wireless charger for my android phone and this item never arrived. I also ordered headphones and this is the piece de resistance. After wearing the headphones once the ear pads fell off when I took them off my head. When I called to complain they asked me to take a picture of the headphones and send that to them and to just keep them. This tells me they know they sell such cheap crap that they don’t even want to waste their time or money having you ship it back. I also complained about the other items and asked for a refund for everything and stated to them I would be more than happy to send back the sheets and headphones and they stated not to. Five days later I had not received my refund. I called and asked for a manager and the lady I spoke with may be “called” a manager but very far from actually behaving like one. She stated to me that her staff said that the headphones were not damaged. Furthermore, she stated that the reason why I had not received my refund was because the previous representative I spoke with didn’t finish her notes. I asked the manager if the reason that I didn’t receive my refund was due to an employee error; and she simply stated yes, no apologies, no explanations, just a dry yes. After this nonsense and not receiving my money back I had no reason to believe this manager would help me so I went to the BBB. After the BBB became involved I received my refund 4 days later. And they have an F rating on the BBB. Imagine that a company today cannot buy an A rating from the BBB! Just yesterday after I thought this was all over with I received a robo-email arguing that they found the headphones NOT to be damaged and they stated that these ear pads come off so people can exchange and match them for different colors. Except for the fact that if this was true, this would certainly be written up in the description of the product as another benefit and nothing could be farther from the truth. I really thought after this mess that I would take advantage of their prices and only order items made by reputable companies with brand names one can trust but after all this, I am deleting everything that’s Nomorerack.com from my emails and creating a filter so that all future garbage from them goes directly into the garbage where it belongs along with their junk they call merchandise!
