This was literally about 15 min after I placed the order.
The charge for the order was still pending in my bank account, and I expected it to simply disappear. It did not. The charge went through 4 days later, and I have not been refunded.
I can't believe how unhelpful this website has been.
I'm really mad I didn't look at their HORRIBLE customer ratings and reviews.
Seriously I didn't find a single positive one.
I'm really hoping that I can still get my refund back of 14.00
it might not seem like much but I really put my neck out spending that money.
Nomorerack.com, please make this right. fast.
