I ordered boots a month ago, never shipped never came.  multiple emails eventually resulted in an asusrance of store credit, which i declined and insisted they refund my account.  Hasn't happened.  Started a paypal dispute.  Paypal should sever their relationship with this company.  I don't think they actaully have merchandise

I am proceeding with the paypal dispute. I have emailed you several times and had nothing but empty promises.  I don't trust your "process" and would rather proceed with Paypal.  Its absurd that you issue store credit when you could not provide my item.  It reeks of scam.  If you truly cared about customer service, it would not have gotten to this point to begin with.
