They claim their customer service is a priority.  NOT

I returned an item in August.  Gave them the tracking #.  Followed up when item received at their warehouse.  They said it would be a 5-7 business day wait before a credit appeared on my account. 

No credit appeared. 

I eventually scanned the proof of delivery and emailed it to another CSR. 

No credit, no response. 

Another month passes.  I inquire again.  Response was they would check the warehouse to see if it was received and I was to message back in a couple days?? 

Do so but get different CSR and same run-around. 

Finally Jauary 1st a CSR says they will credit my charge card and I should see that in 5-7 business days.  Didn't happen.  Another email sent.  Their response: check with my bank!!!!

So I check with my bank.  It's not there, was never there.  Email this info to CSR and s/he responds that it was credited back to my account ending with "XXXX". 

Soooo, hello, do something. 

I think I will never see that $26 they owe me.

Still Waiting

Well...here we go again.  Another round.  I rec'd notice that the second attempt to post the credit was made on january 12th (a saturday).  Of course no such credit posted to my account.  This time I got a little un-nice with them;  told them if I didn't have that money in my account by monday/tuesday (21/22) that I was def going to begin reporting them to any/all agencies available.  Response today saying 120 days had passed and they can no longer process this credit, they now wanted a paypal account to process the credit.  HUH?

Okay....120 days was mid november??!!  And they've been promising to refund my credit card since January 1st.  Does this make sense?

This company has absolutely NO INTENTION of refunding my money.

on friday, 2/11, i rec'd a message that my refund had got stuck in a "Q" due to them not having the "i paid for it" tracking number.  i was told they'd forwarded the tracking number and promised my refund would be processed in 3-5 business days.  today is the 5th day.  no credit!!  these people suck!!  These people are determined to keep my money.  I'm determined to get a refund.  Stay tuned!
