I returned an item in August. Gave them the tracking #. Followed up when item received at their warehouse. They said it would be a 5-7 business day wait before a credit appeared on my account.
No credit appeared.
I eventually scanned the proof of delivery and emailed it to another CSR.
No credit, no response.
Another month passes. I inquire again. Response was they would check the warehouse to see if it was received and I was to message back in a couple days??
Do so but get different CSR and same run-around.
Finally Jauary 1st a CSR says they will credit my charge card and I should see that in 5-7 business days. Didn't happen. Another email sent. Their response: check with my bank!!!!
So I check with my bank. It's not there, was never there. Email this info to CSR and s/he responds that it was credited back to my account ending with "XXXX".
Soooo, hello, do something.
I think I will never see that $26 they owe me.
