I placed an order on May 9, 2013 for 1 king size comforter and 2 queen size comforters.  When I received the confirmation e-mail, including the tracking number, it said my delivery date was expected to be 3-4 days (I had paid extra for faster delivery).  All 3 of the items in my order had the same tracking number, implying that all 3 items were being shipped together.  This absolutely was NOT the case.

I received the king sized comforter (later than the 3-4 days they said it would take), but neither of the queen sized comforters were delivered.  However, my account shows all 3 items as supposedly being delivered in the same package.  I e-mailed the company about the problem, explained the situation in full, and I received the same generic e-mail response that everyone else on here seems to have received.  

I got an e-mail on Sunday May 19th asking me to rate the support and service I received from the customer service regarding the missing portions of my order.  It gives 2 links you can click, 1 says "Good, I'm satisfied", and the other link says "Bad, I'm unsatisfied".  I obviously clicked the link that I was unsatisfied and it opened their web page with a space to explain why I was unsatisfied.  I explained everything in great detail (AGAIN) and demanded that I either get the rest of my product immediately or an immediate refund to my credit card and NOT a store credit.  

I have NOT received any response at all from this company and I certainly haven't received any refund, not even store credit.  This company is a complete fraud and have stolen my money.  I have filed complaints with the BBB and New York's Attorney General, who informs me that they have received hundreds if not thousands of complaints about this company.  I have also been in contact with my attorney about the situation and any recourse available to me.  They instructed me to contact the customer service department 1 more time and to firmly state my expectations to resolve the issue and if that does not work, then we will start the process of filing both criminal and civil charges against this company.  I contacted them yesterday and again today and have not received any response.

I have been searching for a phone number to directly contact the company but they don't make their phone number available on their website, making e-mail the only form of communication available to me.  I'm BEYOND disgusted and fed up with this company and I will use any means necessary to not only get the items I purchased, but also my money back.  I will also do anything to spread the word about how unethical and sleezy this company is.  I am the wife of a disabled US Veteran and we have a VERY tight budget available, so the $62 I spent on the 2 comforters largely impacts us!  It was a mistake to order anything from them and for trusting them to hold up their end of the bargain.  I intend to spread the word and encourage whomever will listen to never EVER use this company for anything.
