Their products are all junk! Cheap junk! False advertising abundant!! Their 100% white goosedown pillows are 100% polyester fill. Their 1600 thread count sheets were not (one set out of 4 was). Their austrailian boots were made of the consistency of about cardboard. Their scale arrived broken. All the rest of the items are complete plastic, cheap junk and not as represented in their ads.
Most items did not even come with a packing slip, were late, all were gifts that I could not use, and a couple items were shipped in the snow in their original boxes - not in a separate shipping box with no padding (breakable items). The phone number on the email remittance was disconnected. By the time I figured out how to contact the company in anyother way to return the items, they said it was too late and I could not return them. I had not seen any return policy.
I recommend you stay away from this company!! I'm out a lot of money!!!!
