Visited this shop on June 8,2014. inquired about ordering a wedding gown for my December wedding this year. I was told that a deposit of 1/2 down was required inorder to have the dress ordered and it would take 3-4 months to come in.

Picked out a dress that day and made the required 1/2 down deposit to order. I was told the dress would come in September 2014. Made regular payments and paid the dress off in August 2014.

Contacted the shop and sales person Jessica back numerous times in regard to the dress's arrival at the shop. I was always placed on hold for 5-10 minutes then told that she was contacting the distributor they stated the dress was mailed out the beginning of September and was in the mail. I would just have to wait, it is not their fault and that is all the information she has now. She ( Jessica) would have to call me back.  NO CALL BACKS were made.

Called Normas again at the beginning of October 2014. I was told the same line they told me in September. Made a special trip to the store on Monday October 6,2014.... To be told that I could either continue to wait or I could get a refund......

After asking Jessica additional questions I was told 1. She did not know where the distrubutor's warehouse was located. 2. The Manager is the only person that could speak to or contact the OWNER. 3. It was not the store's fault they had done their part and ordered the dress. 4. The Manager was unavailable at that time. 5. She did not know the full name of the Owner.

After leaving the shop upset.... I did some research of my own.... The distributor PC Mary's Bridal is located in Houston, TX. The dress I picked out and was lead to believe they ordered was not ONLY out of stock but had been DISCONTINUED!!!!! prior to me ordering.

I called back to the shop once again and was told the same old line "the dress had not arrived in the mail yet and they were still waiting on it to come in and the distributor would not give them any information. At which time I informed Jessica of the information that I knew.

Because of their deceit I as less than 60 days from my wedding date and DO NOT have a dress... I No LONGER have time to order one and must now begin the search of settling from something else in my budget that is currently in stock or on the racks at a different shop.

EXTREMELY STRESSED OUT!! Ripped OFF because now they are giving me the run around about my refund even after they offered to refund my money to me!
