 So, they told me that NAP was the way to go if i wanted to save money on my power bill. Well i got suckered  signed up at .07 cents now i pay .19 cents. just got my bill today ,quess what ,i paid $367.00 more than my old power co. JCP&l.

I called and they ( NAP) offered me a $25.00 visa card. Hey thats a deal right? Well i called JCP&L and changed over maby now i can save money.
