north county beach rentals North Coast Village Renting the unit c-107 was the worst mistake and costly... We were very unsatisfied from the beginning.  oceanside California

 This was the most disgusting place my family and I have ever stayed at before at North Coast Village in Oceanside Ca. BEWARE of a man name Jim Robertson and anything he has going. We were comitted in staying there. Doors wouldnt lock or open easily or at all.. Spent 10 minutes trying to unlock unit. The comforter on main bed had the worst smell. Along with the extra bedding. The unit had sand everywhere including in the furniture. Lights did not work. Bathroom had mold growing from the walls. Every towel was stained. The c-107 unit was dark hot and never cooled. Unlike the pitures on VRBO and craigslist. The man Jim representing the place showed up an hour late with the distinct alcohol on him and his clothing. Unorganized as it gets. Jim's attire was of a bum as well as his total appearance. Much like the unit he represented. Jim asked us not to contact owner after several complaints we  made to Jim. Said he needed the job and would make things good. We could not get on the internet and Jim said he would resolve this matter and did not. My wife spent an hour cleaning the place before we would allow our children in the unit. The rest of the Village was clean (ei) pool, spa and grounds. No easy access to the c-107 unit. Met very nice people during our stay. Their unit was much much cleaner less deposit and beat our price by over a hundred dollars for the week. I would never recommend nor stay at  c-107 unit in North Coast Village again and would recommend steering clear from Mr. Jim Robertson and anything associated with him. Even the security said they had nothing but complaints and problems over the years. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of this man and the unit he is representing.
