agh north hills internal medicine has abused my sisters rights and now my sister is very sick because of this and they have been keeping her chart hidden from the system from aug of 2009 till dec of 2011 and after i recieved a copy of all the records i saw that the medical staff cindy and also rebecca have wrote inappropiate comments in the chart and kathy englert is the district manager at the clinic she wrote a note saying knock that dum patient dead i am in the process of getting them in court soon
