North Lexington Cyf Jamie GreenburgDawn Rossi Newborn baby girl taken from hospital because I stay in a shelter pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I am a 24 year old mother of a 5 day old newborn that was taken from the hospital by cyf. There reasoning for taking her was that I was in a shelter and I called them and told them that I had 15 days left and nowhere for me and my baby to go.There were no drugs in me or my babys system and there were no concerns made by the hospital to have them come in the hospital with a court order.That I was unaware of they contacted noone in my family or fathers family. They went behind my back and got a emergency placement order as if I had done something wrong to my newborn daughter.

They placed my daughter who was born March 19,2014 into a foster home over the weekend I had no contact with her couldnt call and check on her nothing so I was worried all weekend about my baby. We had an emergency hearing today March 24,2014 at the Allegheny Juvenile Court in front of Judge Alter who asked why my daughter was placed at this fosterhome. The caseworker lied and said I contacted her and told her I was in a shelter and had nowhere to go with baby which is a lie. 

I have had four children ripped from me two girls when I was a teenager because I ran away from my group home and two boys I voluntarily placed temporarily because I was in the hospital and noone to care for them when I was 22. No matter wat i  got done how many parenting classes and drug screenings and all nothing was ever good enough and it cost me my children two girls at 17 and two boys at 22. And now that I have a new baby they wanna rip her from me to as if I have abuse or something in my history. We tested negative for all drugs and was suppose to transition to the healthy start program which now I cant go because you have to have your child with you.

Jamie Greenburgh never even mentioned that she just made it seem like I was just unstable all they way around.When the cyf advocate asked her why she lied and stated that I called her and said that outside the court room she switched and said her supervisor gave her the information. And the cyf advocate confronted her and said but thats not what you said in court the judge on the case didnt ask me or my advocate to speak. Had he had done that he would have seen what was really going on and would have placed her back in my care and not cyf foster home.

I breast feed and everything but they dont seem to care about that. The caseworker brought my daughter to the hearing and didnt even tell me I happend to walk and check on when our hearing was. And i saw her in the carseat on the floor I asked her Why didnt you tell me my baby was here all Jamie Greenburg could say was uuummm and give me this dumb look I can tell by the way she was acting by not tellin me my baby was present was enough alone to tell they dont want me to be with my baby.The lady who has her is all ready willing to adopt her.

And Jamie let me know that the day they came and got her from the hopital that she was in it for the long hold as she said. They were never concerend about my daughter my whole pregnancy the only reason they knew of her birth because the social worker at Magee called to see if there were any concerns. Because I told her about my older babys and how they were ripped from me. They are treating me so wrong and dirty. The way they talked to me today when I called and complained about the caseworker her supervisor Dawn Rossi and the Director Denise Allen as if I was a criminal or something.

They tried to write me up for a positive drug screen today because they didnt do there job and put it in before we left the courthouse.They are just doing whatever they want with my newborn. Before with my other children I didnt speak up and let them tell me whatever like they had my best interest. But now I see there scams and im older and wiser Im not being quiet any longer im gonna be heard and im gonna stand firm and do anything necessary to get my daughter back. They just dont know it wont be easy this time around.
