NorthAmerican Bancard Scammer name Mark *. Zames avoid him Albany New York
Scammer name Mark *. Zames, his info. 888-766-944* located at "90 State St. Suite 700, Albany, NY 12207." representing NorthAmerican Bancard change the rates in the contract and promise free equipment which never deliver. He say there were no contract when we sign up for NABC but instead he sign us up for 3 year contract.
Then he sign us up with monthly fee terminal with his other company. Over $4000 additional cost on leasing terminals for the three year contracts. There was $1000 early cancellation fee which he never mention nor was it on the contract paper, when i call to to cancel his service because the rate he give me was higher them my previous credit card company. He use out of state sub-agent to recruit new clients from other areas. Even when we call customer support at NorthAmerican Bancard they always say read the contract and talk to your agent, "They are not responsible for the action of their agent". His scam technique has been used, copy and replicated through out NorthAmerican Bancard.
Dont know if this is how they train all their agent but its all over the net that agents from NorthAmerican Bancard use this scam technique. Mark *. Zames has so many crimeal history as well as scam history for many years and still doing so. Even after scamming $500K and bankrupt his company he was still able to buy new home with his wife name. His scam history is all over internet don't know why this credit card company would still use him to scam more people. Old saying, one bad egg spoils the bunch, Avoid them totally and the best advice is to avoid avoid avoid.
