 This company has taken out money from my clients checking account 4 times in the past 3 months totally more than $3,000 dollars. I have contact them multi times and they do not call or email me back. In one of my emails I even asked them to delete his acct info. And they said they can't. I finally got an email back today and they said they took payment for his renewal policy in March of this year. I have never had a company take out money 3-4 mos. before renewal. I emailed back and said he never received renewal bill or renewal rate and we never agreed end to renew the policy. And there famous line is " we will have mgmt look into it." Just a warning not to do business with this company. All my client wants is his money bank that they took out of his acct.
