I strongly suggest, better yet, i insist you type in pivotal reviews (complaints)
I do not know if the other stories there are treu, but my complaint there is.
I did not have 1 day of their pivotal merchants service and still ended up loosing a lot of money and finally had to close my bankaccounts with RBC, to prevent further theft from them.
Just be very well warned.
On their webpage northpay.ca on the bottom is a link to pivotal, i'm not suprised if they take that link out soon, anyone clicking on it doing further investigating will find out the truth of this company.
