Our Company (Bob's Clam Hut) purchased a 2av LA Marzocco Linea espresso machine from NW Espresso machines this summer. After a lengthy delay, the machine finally arrived in horrible condition - Broken pipes, missing knobs, loose wiring, beat up exterior and an unsecured main computer. This was supposed to be a completely refurbished and service ready machine.
After sending pictures of the damaged machine to NW Espresso Machines, he agreed to refund our money in exchange for the machine. As soon as I mentioned an escrow agent, he immediately stooped taking my phone calls or returning emails. The result being we are out $5,000 and have no working espresso machine.
