Ordered a glass pipe on Feb 23rd and says it went thru and is processing. It has been 3 weeks and still no piece. I have sent 3 emails also to the customer service team and no response back. I'm very dissappointed because i ordered from here before and had no problem, i would like to know whats going on. If they are not in business no more i would like a refund. Thank you.
