Your company received the check on July 27, 2015 and gave me a shipping date of October 9, 2015, in which I was shocked how long you’re taking to fill my order, if I was to walk into your retail store, I could pick the ten ounce bars up at once, then why can’t you send my order once the cashers check cleared (most metal businesses practice this format)?    Your web site is put together very good and I was impressed, causing me to trust you without checking. Your website says you are a member of BBB but you’re not, you have 115 complaints in which 83 for holding back their delivery. Had I have taken the time to research you business practices; you would not have my business and I am very disappointed with your company.

   I am going to go along with your contract, because the way it’s written in words (that are almost fraud) that you can do whatever you want to do with my silver. On the other hand on October 9, 2015 I expect for you to mail my 5- 10 ounce bars, and email a tracking number to me, if not, these are the people that will be contacted with all documents.

   NOTE  I am a senior citizen who spent two years in Vietnam. I am probably one of the nicest guys around but if try to pull a scam on me my ugly self shows. I have nothing else to do, by the way my brother lives about 2 miles away from your Federal Way address.  I know I can not stop your company but it surely won’t help!
