Say hello to Adolph Dillman, real name Dustin Dillman - case worker at Northwestern Human Services in Coal Township Pennsylvania

Northwestern Human Services  - located in Coal Township Pennsylvania is supposed to protect children who come from abusive homes. Instead of protecting them, some staff members are abusing them, and I witnessed the abuse first hand. I stood up for those kids and I lost my job as a result.

I had delayed the publishing of this report to give law enforcement ample time to conduct an investigation. I am a 2008 graduate from the police academy at Lackawanna College in Hazleton, Pennsylvania and a former Marine. I am currently self employed, choosing not to pursue law enforcement. But I know that sensitive investigations cannot happen overnight. Having said that, I urged law enforcement officials to look into this matter a while ago. I won't mention which agencies were involved, and it doesn't matter. The bottom line is - they knew or should have known what was going on and they did nothing to stop it. They didn't even try.

I started working at Northwestern Academy a little over a year ago. I worked in the VCore program - a program designed to help kids with behavioral problems grow into productive members of society. In my first week there, I watched a case worker - Leanna Hackenberg - falsify paperwork. She wrote in a log book - in advance - that all of the kids ate and showered. Maybe she has some kind of clairvoyant powers but the rest of us have to wait for that to actually happen before we fill out the paperwork. She then tried to force me to sign off on paperwork that for a window of four hours (during which time I was working elsewhere) that all the kids had been accounted for, without me being able to personally verify that. I refused to sign that paperwork, and as a result she complained to a spineless supervisor who works there - Elliot DeFrancesco.

I am very proud of my time in the Marines. As Elliot put it to me, he said "You bring a lot to the table".  I was told by one kid that I am a  "great motivator". I motivate with precision and intensity. I taught those kids every day that there was nothing that they couldn't accomplish. When they would half-heartedly do a pushup, I would get down on the floor with them and help them get through it on their own strength.

While I was working my butt off to help these kids, other staff members had other, darker intentions. I observed Dustin Dillman throw their food on the floor. He made them eat fruit off the floor and did not even give them an opportunity to wash it.  Two weeks later, one of those kids contracted MRSA.

After Dillman's bobbing-for-apples stunt,  I again observed Dillman in action -  hurling two shoes at a kid - striking him in the back. A short time later, this same kid took his anger out on me.

Let's go back to the kid with MRSA for a moment. He spent a few weeks in medical isolation. During this time, I would stay with him on my shift. By this point, the staff there knew that I was not on their side because I was not going to participate in their abusive and dishonest activities. They also knew that I had plans to work for a police department soon and they didn't want a cop inside their facility. I didn't yet know why, but I don't want to get ahead of myself here.

So while I was watching this MRSA infected kid, another staff member came into the barracks. This staff member was Bobby Green. He came in for a moment to look for something and then left. It was at this time that the MRSA infected kid said to me "I sure am glad that he's not watching me".. The way he said it, I had to ask "Why would you say that?". He said "Because I wouldn't want to be restrained by him". I inquired further, asking him to elaborate. He went on to say that he observed Bobby Green with another staff member illegally restraining a child, so as to force their "knees into their chest to cause pain".

I filed complaints about this, notifying Childline. Nothing was ever done and the complaints quickly disappeared. Shortly after and without warning, I was terminated from Northwestern Human Services after a staged investigation. The supervisor who initiated the investigation drinks with Dustin Dillman. Want proof? The picture is attached. Aaron Wegrzynowicz getting plastered, Dustin Dillman and company posing for pictures. And the famous racist photo posted by Dillman - of him dressed in the likeness of Adolph Hitler. I wonder if Dillman admires Hitler. Scary thought.
The other fat kid in the photo is Brett Fabian, who would squeeze his pimples onto the squad bay floor while kids looked on in disgust. What a crew!

I found out shortly afterward from an inside source ( that I must protect at all costs)  -  that drug activity is taking place at Northwestern Human Services. The way my source put it, when they want to meet up to buy or sell drugs - specifically, marijuana - they call it a "union meeting". I also have specific information about one staff member who carries drug paraphernalia in his uniform pocket while on duty. I contacted NHS corporate office with this information and urged them to do something about it. They never did. I notified law enforcement agencies, and they seemed to shy away from this facility, as if they did not want to get involved.

A local law enforcement official had stated to me certain requirements that would be necessary to obtain a warrant for a wiretap. I acquired all of this information and presented it. He still seemed to shy away from the idea, suggesting that it was still not enough evidence to justify a wiretap. This official also stated that there was not enough information to put Northwestern under 24 hour surveillance as I had recommended. Frustrated, I started to realize that nobody seemed to care about this situation and that it may never be resolved.

I relayed dozens of text messages to law enforcement agencies and even offered to give them my cell phone to confirm that everything I am saying is true. Their attitude was basically "We'll look into it". They never did, and reports I sent to one office were never sent to where they were supposed to go or got lost in the process.

So we have a buddy system here that goes, with corruption and illegal activity that goes "up and down the chain of command" as my inside source put it. Integrity does not matter at this facility, only loyalty - toward one another. They are a sneaky, tight knit crew that feels that they can get away with anything. I also received information that the new UNION PRESIDENT of Northwestern Academy has played a key role in drug trafficking at the facility. My source has said that marijuana is frequently used by staff members on company property.

Small town, everybody knows everybody, and apparently someone is looking out for this facility. I therefore urge any outside law enforcement agencies monitoring this situation to look at all of the facts. Conduct your own objective investigation and see for yourself what's really going on over there. But such an investigation cannot and should not be conducted by any law enforcement officer who has to live in that community.

You've got a "good old boys club" situation over at Northwestern. It needs to be brought under control. Northwestern clearly cannot police its own, and local law enforcement doesn't seem to able to handle it either, or perhaps they choose not to for some as of yet unknown reason. I think as you make the connections as to who knows who, and how - the picture will become clearer.

I should also mention that DCF did express concern for the situation, but I asked them to stand by to allow law enforcement time to investigate. I only did that because I had no reason to believe that law enforcement would not take appropriate action. I have not contacted DCF since.
