Nucold/ Jerry Collins Tatewelding Took $870.00 from my bank Account twice for the same item.. second time W/O my authorizaton Morrilton Arkansas

DO NOT USE THIs Vendor!!!  Ordered a 7030 cooling unit on July 1st, 2014, gave him my credit card number , Funds were withdrawn (thru payPal,--His account) to Tate welding  I have my Own account and he did not tell me that was what he was using or would have used mine!!... The unit "accidentely" was shipped  from Little Rock, to Memhis, Nashville, Back and forth finally ending up in Louisville, where "I" managed to intercept it. Finally (this started June 30, ) Received it July 16, 21st not being definitive here for a reason.  Checked it out for damage seems OK and working rite now(8/8)  ...Checked my bank on 7/31 AND "they" had withdrawn another $870.00 from my Bank Account on 7/25 without my knowledge!!!!!!  Am I upset??? Beyond that.. Called Jerry Collins said his mistake would refund it back to PayPal same day... Never happened..He said the Servor was down when I talked to him on this past wed....so he sent me a check....Right..checks in the mail...Had to close my bank account,, stuck with an old cooling unit  tired of ths guys.BS  run his butt out of town on a rail type of guy...So... I live in Kern County Cal ---  he found a guy that believes in Principle   Some one take this guy out of BUSINESS---Please !!!!!! filing charges this Monday with Kern Co. SCAM/Fraud unit, Bank and any other who will shut this guy down... My Money may be gone  ..but Jerries problem is he screwed the Wrong guy.
