NuHavens LLC Consumer Advocates Took $8000.00 and did nothing they said!!!! Las Vegas, Nevada

Wow...what can I say....this company will rip you off and rip you off badly.  They call you and promise you the world....promise to get you out of debt within a time frame...but do nothing.  They charge you a settlement fee upfront..even before they settle.  In my case they were offered a settlement and did not pay.  I ended up paying 8000.00!!!!   I called them several times...when a settlement was offered the owner declined it.  Kevin...an incompetant a$$ who answers the phone tells me that they can only pay a cetain amont out in a weeks time.  The debt was 21 thousnad dollars and the credit card company faxed over a settlement for 3400.00...and we had that in our account....

Robert Nirgo..the company owner rejected the settlement!!  I got fed up...sent them a registered letter, letting them know that if they did not refund our money with in 10 business days of receipt I would contact the Attourney General...my Congress person..and our local news channel.  10 Days passed...the news channel was at the house to interview me today......Im not playing around.  The investigative reporter called NuHaves and they were total a**es on the phone.  Made a spectical of themselves on public TV.  Im not done....I will take it to the next level....anyone who has delt with them please email me (((email redacted)))..thank you.
