      Nuria DiLuzio was hired for my Fiance's criminal case. During the consultation she guarenteed that she could get a no contest summary. She said, "I have a great repore will most of the judges and DA's, I usually get what I want. 9/10 I never have to go to trial and if I do the prosecuter usually cave's 2 days before trial." She came back a week later to say, " I couldn't get you what you wanted. I can get you a misdemeanor 3." Two weeks later she came back saying she couldn't get that result either. Her next offer was to plead to a felony, for something he didn't do, or go to trial. When I confronted her about her poor efforts, she responded, " well I did the best I could do." Last time I checked I paid you an exorbent amount of money, and I deserve better than mediocracy. His original lawyer, a public deffender, was able to get him a better deal and that wasn't even a good deal. 

      Not only could she not get any decent results, she was extremely rude, forgetting that she worked for us. She never returned our phone calls and her husband is the Chief of Police in the town she practices Criminal Law. Can you say conflict of interest. I truely believe her and her husband were in cohoots and needed a fall guy to make her husband look like he knows how to do his job. 

      Do not waste your money on her. She is a terrible lawyer and will take you for your money, while you sit in jail.
