The offer you ordered from was advertised as a free 21 day trial offer of ResVer XP; this was never advertised as a free sample. With this offer you pay only the shipping and handling up front and if unsatisfied with the product you can return it within the 21 day trial period and not be billed a thing. If you keep the products past the 21 day trial period you are billed $79.90. On the order page we include a link to review the terms and conditions of the offer you must check a box agreeing to these terms for the order to process. We apologize if you missed this information, we presented this four different times to avoid this from being missed. This information was stated in the terms and conditions on the order page, on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email, as well as on the order invoice.

We include a copy of our return policy with each shipment on the return policy we state that you would need a return authorization number to send back your shipment. We require a return authorization number to ensure that our customer's account can be properly credited or disabled when their shipments are received backthis is to avoid a situation where a return is received without any information to locate the account.
