nuuvem.com.br is known for selling game keys (for use on steam, origin etc) at very low prices to customers all over the world. In August 2013 I saw an advertisement for a new game at half the normal European price on their site. I went to the product page to investigate further and aside from having "(Brazil)" beside the name of the product (which isn't surprising for a Brazilian site, but also isn't a deterrent since they're known for selling games WORLDWIDE) there were no warnings or disclaimers stating that the game was region locked.
I purchased the game and found that I couldn't use the key they had provided as it was region locked to Brazil. I contacted their support team and their attitude was simply "tough luck". They refused to give a refund or supply a non-region locked game key. I raised a dispute via paypal and sent a communication to them once again requesting a refund and they completely ignored it (and also blocked my account on their site preventing me from accessing the game I had purchased but was unable to use).
After perusing their forums I found out that they were aware of the region locking issue several days before I made my purchase and yet neglected to put any kind of warning on their site, they also accepted payment from an EU Paypal account (and their online store logs IP addresses during purchase so it was easy for them to see the purchase came from Europe) and yet still they refused to refund my money.
Nuuvem.com.br took my money and gave me a product that I cannot use.
I highly recommend avoiding this site regardless of how tempting their prices may be as the savings you may make are not worth the risk of being ripped-off the way I was.
