This is a very disorganized serivice I have been awaiting 2 days for my results and they keep giving me the run-around. While I was in the event, they were late, had little or no control over it, and i feel they did not fulfill their obligation to give some kind of results from it all. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they just want your money, they are not interested in running a business.

The customer, Mike Diaz, who filed the report attended a Latino speed dating event on Jan 8th. At the event he got to meet at least 15 single Latin women, which is why he signed up. At the event every man and every woman was able to meet for a total of 5 minutes each to see if they would be interested in a second date. Our website specifies that it takes about 24 hours for a participant to receive his or her match results. Our terms and conditions state that it can take longer in some cases. We had 5 speed dating events on Jan 8th, with over 150 people attending all the events (The Latino speed dating event that Mr. Diaz attended had over 30 people).
At the event everyone is given a match card to list who they liked. If two people pick each other, they are considered a "match" and we send them each others' contact info. This usually takes 24 hours, but as our terms and conditions state, it can some times take longer if the event is rather large, or for any unforeseen reason, usually based on the fact that we do our best to make sure that people receive accurate match results.
Mr. Diaz received his results in 2 days rather than 1 day. He did email us to inquire about his match results. We wrote him back letting him know that he would receive his matches shortly because we were still preparing the results. Unfortunately he felt a need to fill out the Rip Off report above because he did not receive his match results within 24 hours. One of our managers spoke to Mr. Diaz after seeing this report, and Mr. Diaz promised to write a new line stating that he did in fact receive his results in 2 days. I do not see his new remarks and I assume they are awaiting moderation, but I felt compelled to fill out this rebuttal because we have been in business for over 3 years, have had hundreds of events, with hundreds of success stories, and this is the first time someone has filled out a report like this about us.
It is important to mention that the event Mr. Diaz attended is one-of-a-kind, as we are the only speed dating company that I know of that organizes speed dating events specifically for Latinos. I also want to reiterate that Mr. Diaz did receive his matches in 2 days.
We do understand that a person can get anxious while waiting for his or her results, and therefore we do try to send them out as soon as humanly possible.
