Salesman came to my door and offered me a "special" of $30 a month, unlimited water, first month free, cancellation at any time, and a free cooler (to keep even if I cancel). I said yes and he sat down and told me to initial all the boxes and he would read them to me because it would go faster.

We came to the 36 month agreement box and I said I didn't want a contract (my apt lease is for 12 mo.) and he assured me that it didn't matter what it said because I could cancel at any time with a 30 day notice. He clarified this at least 5 times for me so I signed.
On the other contract he told me to fill in my name, initial the EFT box and sign the ottom. I asked if I should check one of the water plan boxes(that stated quantity and price) and he said he would fill that out because the "special" changed things.

He also told me to make him out a check for $39.99 as an introductory fee and the rest of my bills would be the regular amount. I asked how that was 1 mo free and he said I would see when I got my next bill.

Turns out there was no special, there is no unlimited water, the first mo is not free, my plan is 39.99 a month (he wrote this in for me) and I am signed up for a 36 month agreement and cannot cancel at even with 30 days notice. I have contacted them many times and nothing is happenening. I even filed a report with the BBB.
