manager's here at oak grove village, located in Mount Vernon Illinois fail to provide new and current residents of their right to a 24 month lease.

managers also bill residents for more water usage than they should by not maintaining water meters..

if your water meter does not work they can and will charge you what ever they can get away with.

if you have a broken meter your water usage "according to management" is estimated.
