I have been receiving an unauthorized charge from this company on my SBC phone bill in Texas for 3 months.

They have charged me 19.95 for a premium monthly fee plus .60 in taxes.

They have a California address but their customer service hours are east coast time - 9:00 AM to 4:50 PM, Monday through Friday. That is real convenient for those who work 40 hours a week. I doubt I will get my money back, but I will pursue every avenue possible.
