OAN Services Inc fraudulent billing for Qitel Communications ripoff Nationwide Worldwide

OAN Services, Inc. Billing FOR Qitel Communications, IncOAN Services, Inc. Billing FOR Qitel Communi ripoff businesses from hell - TIME TO HOLD PHONE CO.'s RESPONSIBLE TOO Do Not Know Do Not Know .....

I cannot add much more than what has already been said about BOTH of these obviously fraudlent "companies".I have gotten NOWHERE trying ANY of the 50 or so DIFFERENT Ph#'s I have found for OAN or QiTel. I don't have an "address" from either place, because I have never received any written correspondence from either, and it is not listed on my Phone Bill,but I have written to the addresses that I have found on-line and on this site -- but to no big surprise, I've yet to recieve any replies. The Ph #'s ring to a Message machine giving their "Regular Business Hours" every hour of every day....hhhhmmm

Anyway, I decided to NOT pay that portion of my Phone Bill anymore, I informed BellSouth that I would not be paying it, and today I get a Past Due Bill from BellSouth for the part of the bill that I have not been paying for the past 4 months, telling me that I will lose my service if it is not paid by 6/27.

It is obvious that these THEIVES, Con-artist, or whatever else --- I'm trying hard to stay above cursing --- are not "Going to do the right thing" and don't give one bit that they've made the "Rip-Off List" --- So all I know to do, is to take it to the End of the Line---The PHONE COMPANIES that are WILLING to BILL and COLLECT the monies for these jerks---- I'm quite sure BellSouth ain't gonna lose no sleep over losing one person's service---but If a WHOLE BUNCH OF FOLKS--ON THE SAME DAY---gave them a call and said take this off my bill -NOW- or You can take your lines out of my house and I'll go Cellular before I'll do business w/a Company that is mixed up with either OAN or QiTel --- It might get there attention - It might not, but then when The Phone Companies that continue to Bill for these 'non-existent' rip-off 'Businesses' start showing up on this site

because of their associations --- then they might get a clue -- til then, All three can kiss my hind-end --- I've already Paid more for something I never got than I have on my daughters musical instrument for school that
would be Paid For --- If I had back the money I sent to "Nobody, Nowhere, USA - courtesy of BellSouth.
