Your mortgage could have been sold to a group of investors in other parts of the world. If you 'Google' this- FRONTLINE: MONEY, POWER AND WALL STREET, you can watch it on the web in order to better understand. At approximately 6 minutes and 40 seconds into that documentary you will hear how mortgages were 'pooled together', also known as a CDO's. (Collateralized Debt Obligation).

Then some of these CDO's were 'sliced' and sold to other investors. Perhaps the investor, or investors, who ultimately assumed the debt on your mortgage are now calling you and other Americans in order to get their money. 

To sum it up in a nutshell, the American people were manipulated and tricked into doing what the banks wanted them to do, and the bankers were bailed-out by the American people.

This is 2013, yet people still can't get this through their head?

Owen claims they are here to help people of hard times.   They took over my loan in July of 2011.  But I not got any letters from them telling me that.  I had been sending my payments to Litton Loans, until I got a letter in September saying I was suppose to send my payments to this place Ocwen.    They said I owe all these attorney fees, filing fees, late charges.  In which I had never been late on a payment.  I

They put my house payment up over $1000.00 a month in December of 2012.  But I wasn't notified til I spoke to a man on the phone in February of 2013.  In which he could not speak English very good.  And could hardly understand what he was saying.   All he could say was, when I was going to send some money.    ;Now they are charging me $10.50 to have someone come by to see if we are still living here.    I guess they are suppose to come by every month.  

I told them I did not ask my contract to be sold to them.    They need to collect from the company who sold it.    They charged me late charges for payments I already made to the other loan company from July to September 0f 2011.    Because the payments was not sent to them.    I never had trouble with the other loan companies that had my contract.   Until this company took over.  

They are not from the United States.    When you ask to speak to someone who can speak English, they get angry and hang up.   They have sent me papers for foreclosure.    I filed for a modification, and waiting to see if they will ok it.   Its just not right for them to come in and take peoples homes like that.   I've read many reports from other people what they are doing to them.   They need to be stopped.
