Im so upset with company for over ayear now we have been rtying to get hamp with them back in June we sent them yet again the fincnal papers and package everytime we called it said our loan is been under reiew for 3 months straight i would call them and keep getting the same recording when i finally got someone the calls was from indy it tookn over 45mins for someone to answer my call and there motto helping home owners is what we do best Not true well today my home is going on acution on nov 8 2010 at 9:45am we didnot here from them until oct 29th 2010 when the mailman brought us the notice that our home is been sold on nov 8, 2012 needless to say i got on the phone again with ocwen it was a sunday so it only took about 2 mins to someone answer the phone when she got on here some werid name she called herself i ask her what hell was going on she said that ocwen needs to update there records and we need to resend the the package again Not one word about us getting Denied she told me that the house was shedulde for sale date i ask her why and she said becz they dont have the documents i said what documents this is the frist time we got anything from u and there wasnothing said about the doucuments after she told me that i told her the paper that we rcived today has june 28th date on it not 30 days before our forclouser date i told her i spoken to a laywer and he said the papers have to be current and these papers arent then she proceed to tell me the i need to get a new package to them so i told her ok send them to my email once i got the package thru my email that took 2 days to get it i hurry rush to fill out the paper proof of income and al that i sent it back to them on the oct.31 2012 went on there website to see if there was anything new and the website said that they recived the package and it been review the same thing it alwasy say i set an appt for the realionship mranger to call me on nov2 2012 at 4:30 well he did he told me that he had bad news for us becz wee only have 6 days for home to be sold that we got denied becz it take 30 to review and get approved for the modifcation i went off i was crying and told him i dont want to loose our home that why we have been trying for over a year to get the hamp he said the only way that may stop it is to call the attnory who is samuel pc white out in va beach i called him and he told me ocwen would have to send them an email stating to stop or postpone the foreclouser date sale which i know they can becz like i said we had this going on for now over a year or more and the same thing over and over i cant tell you how much streess this has put on me and my wife she very sick she had sugery after sugery and this isnt hellping her all she does is cry and woried now we have to go thru this again somthing need to be done this Company need to be held and if loose my home i will find away to sue them please help me any way that you can I am despary I dont want to loose our home that we have had for 7 yrs times are very ruff right now and i dont have any money or anywhere to go its not fair please help THANK YOU
