So we all know that Ed and Ripoff Report go out of their way to help expose these predators.each and every day we read something about Ocwen on Ripoff and Ed makes sure Ripoff is also on FaceBook.

I am coming to the conclusion no one is really going to help us: Bad enough that investors and corrupt organizations are allowed to sell our homes back to us,homes that we put down payments on,worked for,than a bunch of corrupt,greedy, criminals set up a scheme at Title companies,charge us all kinds of fees ,nothing gets signed or notarized at Title companies and this is all okay??

I cannot believe that this crime is being swept under the carpet : The main reson for this is some of the Title companies involved are owned by reputable individuals ,they are rich ,some are lawyers so it makes it okay.

Where does this leave us: An Attorney does not even have to put the correct address on a legal document, In the DeMarco scam, millions of dollars were stolen from homeowners and our justice system offers no compensation,in fact we are being advised to borrow money or accept 2500 and walk away from our homes.

How can this be fair? Buy back the homes that the investor who filed Bankruptcy on was paid a fee for pretending he lived in the home that was once mine?? He never resided in this home, and I not only paid rent but 150,000 which was left over from the 365,000 loan DeMarco obtained on home that had a balance of 172,000???

So now here I am, I worked 30 years for Verizon,I put 30% down on  the property in 2002 and now after a fruadulent process by criminals took place I am advised no resolution??

I am back in school, but the Government does not want to help at all with this scam>
I was told  DeMarco is in prison,but none of us involved in this scam will be compensated or made whole again because has no money.

This goes right back to money: The straw buyers all received money for "buying" our homes, why are they getting away with this? 
This case did not even get a trial: Mediation where we are traeted like criminals and offered no bail out ,the big banks were bailed out ,yet they are only too happy to sell us back these homes at double extra prices.

We,the 99% don't have much of anything anymore: Take my situation,59 years old,worked 30 years at Verizon,Try to have a decent life and I am like a nothing person now: My home was defrauded by a greedy investor and low life scam artist: I paid rent  and 150,000 was stolen from the big loan DeMarco took.

I am being offered 2500: Oh yes This is justice in America: Straw Buyers get paid  fees,we pay rent,all equity gets stripped  from our homes, this is how the United States helped the use to be homeowners in the Scam : Buy back your home or take 2500!!!!

This is not fair to those of us  who were scammed," there is no Justice for us so unfair"
Ed and staff at Ripoff Report: I really appreciate your site and I have not lost all confidence in our system I do realize Ripoff Report is "The Last Of The Good Guys "

Read the reports:Each and every customer is going through pure hell,Why is Ocwen,LLC allowed to hurt consumers this way?
There have been so many law suits yet Ocwen and Freddie Mac work hand in hand. Our government and Congress,and the FTC along with the Banking commission is supppose to have control but it seems like there is  "no hope for us ".

How frustraing it must be when you make your payments,only to be told by someone in India they can't find the payment,or your escrow has not been applied. Every day someone in the USA is having a problem with ocwen,yet they are acquiring more loans and India continues to handle the calls.

Regarding the situation with DeMarco,REI I hope some of the banks made a better offer than I received. Someone mentioned on RipOff Report that the original home owners would be the losers in this scam,this is what happens when white collar crimes takes place usaually every one is crooked.
Though there are unsigned documents, closing fees beyond belief, Equity stripped from the homes
I know this for a fact I have a document in my possesion which states this!!

Think about it: The loans on a home is 172,000 and that loan  gets paid off,than you are offered to buy back the home at 278,000!!! This is what is being done to us right here in America.
No one is considering we put downpaymnets on these homes.
Does'nt America stink right now??? We have been scammed once again. 

So what do we do: Our Government officials are alllowing this to happen: Where do we go? If we have imcriminating evidence will it be hidden? This is what I am talking about ! I wonder if evidence gets hiden to protect big rich banks?  This remains to be seen.
Thank you Ed, the one decent person left in this pit of fraud we are living in.

I have lost faith in lawyers,our government,our justice system. What are we suppose to do when everyone around is crooked and corrupt???
Something for all of us to think about??  What would we do without consumer advocates such as Ed?
