I have been with Offerforge Affiliate Network for just over one year now and since day one of joining up ,  they have provided nothing more than a questionable service. Here is some of the things i have experienced with Offerforge.com in the time that i have been with them :

1. Payments 

Serious issue! This said, i believe there are more people facing the same problem with this company. However, in my case - these guys have a big problem in paying me (as a publisher) , what is due to me. Since day one of joining their program - i have had to run after them for my money ! Believe me , they have enough excuses , some of the most popular in which they blame the accountant ... and , they will keep you waiting for your money, for as long as they can !

This issue was brought to the attention to both Mr. Jonathan Miller as well as Mr. Jonathan Meanwell (Offerforge)

The Final (Reason for Reporting) : This month (August 2012) , a small was due to me ! Having said this , was suppose to be paid to me by the 15th (as agreed upon and stated by them). Having this correct , i think their very own TOS states this as well ....

Anyway , the 15th has come and gone (no payment) ! Since then , i had already sent Offerforge.com several emails (direct as well as online support) - all of which was unanswered (which by the way , is nothing new as they simply don't bother answering you until 3 weeks later if you're lucky) !

Moving on : since my mails were all ignored i decided to give them a call ... My initial call took place around August 20 , 2012 in which i spoke to a guy named Ryan ... i was told that there was a meeting and if i remember correctly , the accountant was mentioned (being part of the meeting) haha. Ryan assured me that he would bring it to the attention of the superior once again. When ending the call , i asked that he please do exactly that and also ask them to read and respond to their emails.

This morning (August 24 , 2012) i had made my second call ...

Once again i opened up and stated how i feel regarding the level of service , lack of communication , no payments and so on , and so on .... i was clearly ignored ! ! !

Roughly 15 minutes later (once ended the call) , i received an email , and this is what i said :

"Our customer support team has replied to your ticket # 7487 - This confirms that your account ZA13093 has been deactivated and no further commissions will be credited to your account.

Please note that any commissions earned up to the date of deactivation will continue to accrue as per normal and will be paid on the scheduled payment dates (what a joke ... hahahaha)

Please ensure that all advertising is removed from your site"

However, i have made it clear (several times) , that i will be closing my account should this level of service continue ... Now , their incompetency and guilt has clearly made them close my account without any real reason so to speak ... What a fail !

Moreover, see how i am still eligible for any revenue earned up to the date of deactivation ... yep ! However , i have no access to these statistics (once again , questionable) ! Scam service , perhaps ?

Plain and simple : They don't pay ! When and if they do , its weeks later ! Furthermore , they have absolutely no communication skills , no regard to their publishers , and no structure in response and support. Excuses, excuses !

These guys should not be allowed to operate ! They are incompetent , unreliable , and untrustworthy ! Further actions will be taking should my dispute not be attended to and resolved. There is no way i would recommend this service to anyone looking to join an affiliate network , Seriously ! Updates will be posted here along with the email correspondence i have had with Offerforge.com over the past few months.

This report all but sums up Offeforge's way of doing business. Supports tickets are never responded to, excuse after excuse when you phone them. Simply put, They dont pay !!!!

Mr. Miller, (quoting your lines)

Should i have received any customer service whatsoever (any response to any support) , my telephonic approach (August 24) would have been different. Furthermore, please do feel free to point out the so called false statements and i will gladly explain them to you.

Our records CLEARLY show you instructed us to terminate your account on 14 august.  We confirmed this with you on the 16th of august and the deactivation went into effect  on the 24th.

Incorrect! I agreed to change the codes myself. I did NOT ask or instruct you to do so ! ! ! !

Here: "Tue, Aug 14 2012 9:37am : I will be changing our codes to Ad Dynamo Network today. However, i do believe that the "pendings" in my account (for advertiser), (which is most likely going to take another 2 years), will eventually be attended to and sorted out." (even so : 10 days ..... )


"We have on numerous occasions tried to contact you but neither your phone number or mobile number work and you never leave a phone number.  Furthermore your domain was deactivated so we were not able to contact you through redcoalmedia.biz.  "

Seriously ? How did any of this stop you from contacting me ?  Mr. Miller, you cant possibly tell me that you have tried every possible method in contacting me,  just not via email ? !Besides , you guys have my email ! Should you have wanted to contact me , i am sure you would have actually done so by answering the numerous emails that i have sent your way - which was left unanswered.

Notably, you still have never taken up our offer to meet in person so we could show you our reporting, educate you on our policies and attempt to resolve your questions.


I have never given this any though. However , feel free to purchase my plane ticket and we can discuss things.

Correct! I have received the payment, thank you. However, on August 23 ! According to your very own standard reporting which is on or before the 15th of the month (as seen above) , this is 8 days late!

"You have a pending total of R480 which has not cleared for payment yet and as per our communication will be paid once it's cleared, provided the transactions are not rejected by our advertisers."

This i do understand, clearly. I have no problem with this. However, i do trust that the actual pendings accrued (up to the deactivation) , and without what is currently in my account balance (R480) will be included in the overall statistics. Furthermore, this is a slight concern as i have no access to any statistics . . . . .

"Though we value all our affiliates, both big and small, we have NO interest in continuing a relationship with you."  

Totaly agree ! In all due respect , i wouldnt want to Mr. Miller

I do feel that this is a threat Mr. Miller. Please understand that i am in no way making false statements. I am sorry if you feel this way. I am simply stating my side of a story here (you are free to do the same). Do understand that i am an unhappy (previous) publisher.

We have a long history of attempting to educate you on how to work within our network and we are not going to continue this debate any further as you've  frankly exhausted our team with your rudeness, incoherent mails and false statements. 

Our records CLEARLY show you instructed us to terminate your account on 14 august.  We confirmed this with you on the 16th of august and the deactivation went into effect  on the 24th.

We have on numerous occasions tried to contact you but neither your phone number or mobile number work and you never leave a phone number.  Furthermore your domain was deactivated so we were not able to contact you through redcoalmedia.biz. 

These factors alone are highly irregular and raise the issue of your legitimacy.

Judging from your past history with OfferForge it's evident that you spend more time complaining than working as an affiliate.  It's almost as if you're paid to complain. 

Notably, you still have never taken up our offer to meet in person so we could show you our reporting, educate you on our policies and attempt to resolve your questions.

Need I remind you that in terms of our affiliate agreement you signed you are bound by our reporting?
Furthermore, you were in violation of our terms by not providing accurate contact information or having a valid domain.

As to your assumptions that we don't pay what's due - you have received the due amounts as per our reporting.  You've received your commissions as and when they became due in terms of our terms and conditions up to and including the August payment, a whopping total of R1580 life to date and paid monthly.   

You have a pending total of R480 which has not cleared for payment yet and as per our communication will be paid once it's cleared, provided the transactions are not rejected by our advertisers.

Though we value all our affiliates, both big and small, we have NO interest in continuing a relationship with you. 

Please note that further misleading posts / statements and slander will be met with legal action to protect our reputation and rights.
