The only way it is out there is because YOU gave it out...to someone...somewhere.
Stay away from payday loans and you will be OK.
Close that bank account IMMEDIATELY as it has been compromised. They could clean you out and you would have little or no recourse as they are not in the United States.
Stop giving out your bank account information!!
There is no "Officer Paul Harris".
That should have been your first hint, because here in the United States, not paying a debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, so no "officer" would be involved anyway.
Common sense.
