Oknius drafted monies out of my banking account two times regular payment and the amount if i wanted 90day same as cash amount causing over $300.00 in overdraft fees. Pelham Georgia

Oknius deducted my first regular payment of $168.00 out of my account on the due date as requested and then 3days later deducted $399.86 out of my account without authorization causing over $300.00 in overdraft fees to occur. Call Oknius and the company customer service rep stated she did not she why this had taken place and did not see authorizaton to do so. Customer Service Rep stated she could send my issue over to Headquarters and i would get a call back in 5days because it would take this or longer to fix issue. Customer Service Rep also stated i could leave things the way they are and i would only have a 400.00 balance on my account REALLY Oknius are you for real. Never Never Never again i would just save and pay cash for something i want in the future.
