I did a load for them on August 28th, 2014.  I picked it up on the 29th of August in in Selkirk, NY.  It was a large construction machine.  I delivered to Ruidoso, NM on the 2nd of September. 

The following day I emailed scans of the the "BOL" and "proof of delivery" POD.  On that same day I sent the originals to their office in Surprise, Arizona.   I was told by Lynn that I would be paid in 15 days of POD.   20 days went by and they still never processed my bill.  Lynn said she never said 15 days.  and said 25 days after POD. 

30 days goes by and I am looking for $3800 check.  Lynn says its not 25 days, its 35 days after proof of delivery.  "You have got to be kidding me!"  I exclaimed.   This is getting ridiculous.  

Then the serious crap starts.  After 40 days, they don't even know who I am any more.  Who are you again?  What are you talking about? When did you pick up the load?  When did you deliver?   This doesnt sound right.  What's the load number again?   What your name?  Who are you with?  Let me transfer you to accounts payables.  Where conveniently no one answers the phone and have no voice mail and the phone goes dead. 

Just crazy non sense.  over and over again.  You need to talk to Stacey.  You need to talk to Steve.  You need to talk to Mark.  You need to talk to El Fahid.  You need to talk to Joesph.  You need to talk to Michelle.  You need to talk to Shariff. 

It was El Fahid that told me one week that there was a hard drive failure.  The next week Shariff told me there was a tsunami that came and destroyed the shopping center and all offices were destroyed.  He told me to mail him all the documents again. I asked him if I could come over to pick up the check and he said and I quote, "No don't come over here, I don't want to see your face!"  That says it all.  Their office with the DOT is a Po box in Surprise, AZ.  But their real office is in Scottsdale, Arizona. 

They don't have all these people there.  Its one guy using different names and speaking with different accents all the time.  Its been 65 days since I gave them POD and I still have not been paid my $3800 rate.  Diesel fuel for this load was $1525. 

If I had the time and the money to take off to go back home to Phoenix, I would take them to court.  But they have severely harmed my finances to conduct operations.  I am unable too. 

I want people to know about what kind of scum these people are so they won't be a victim to their illegal practices.  If I can find an attorney to take these dirtbags to court let me know if there are other carriers out there and put the screws to them.  I googled their half million dollar houses.  Its shameful they live the way they do and screw over people at the same time.
